Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to every Tslabase account. Break them and we will suspend or close the account.

Last updated: Version 1.0
01

One account per person

Each individual gets one account. No multi-accounting to exploit referrals, promotions, or plan limits.
02

Real identity only

You must use your real, current legal name and documents. No impersonation, no synthetic identities, no accounts opened on behalf of someone else without written authorisation.
03

No abuse of the platform

Do not: scrape the site, run bots against our APIs, attempt to reverse-engineer trading logic, tamper with client-side controls, or automate deposits/withdrawals in a way that mimics attack traffic.
04

No unlawful activity

Do not use Tslabase for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
05

No fraud

Chargebacks on legitimate deposits, false claims of unauthorised transactions, or coordinated abuse of promotions are all fraud and will result in permanent closure and, where warranted, reporting to authorities.
06

No security violations

Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that don't belong to you. Do not probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure. Legitimate security research is welcome — email security@tslabase.app before testing.
07

Respect in support

Our support team is here to help. Threats, harassment, or abuse toward staff will result in support access being revoked.
08

Consequences

Breaches may result in warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of promotional balances, and — where relevant — reports to law enforcement.
