Refund & Cancellation Policy

Straight answer on what's refundable, what's locked, and how you get money out.

Last updated: Version 1.1
01

Wallet deposits

Money you deposit into your Tslabase wallet stays your money. Until you commit it to a plan, you can withdraw it back to your bank or original payment method at any time, subject to KYC clearance.
02

Active plans

Once you buy a plan, capital is committed for the full term. Active plans are not cancellable and not refundable. This is by design — the trading model needs the full window to work the position.
03

Plan payout

On the final day of a plan, your starting amount plus what the model earned (or lost) is paid back to your wallet in one deposit. From there you can withdraw or reinvest.
04

Withdrawals

Withdrawals require completed KYC. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals above threshold enter human review and may take longer. Withdrawal fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
05

Failed or reversed deposits

If a deposit is reversed by the payment provider (chargeback, insufficient funds, fraud flag), any credit it produced on your account is reversed too. Repeat reversals may result in account closure.
06

Promotional credits & bonuses

Referral bonuses and other promotional credits are non-cashable until conditions on the promotion (for example, first qualifying deposit) are met. If we detect abuse, we may claw them back.
07

Errors & duplicate charges

If we charge you in error or take a duplicate payment, contact support@tslabase.app with the transaction reference. We'll investigate and, where the error is ours, refund in full.
