01
Market risk
Tesla stock (TSLA) can move sharply in either direction — sometimes several percent in a single day — because of earnings, deliveries, macro news, or things nobody predicted. Your plan's outcome depends on how the market behaves over its term.
02
Concentration risk
Tslabase invests only in TSLA. That focus is the point — but it also means you are exposed to a single company and a single industry. If Tesla underperforms, so will your plan. Do not put money here that you would not put into a single-stock position elsewhere.
03
Model risk
Our AI trading model has a track record of winning roughly 4 in 5 trades so far. That is not a guarantee. Markets change. A model that worked last quarter may not work next quarter. Individual trades can and do lose. Target ranges are targets, not promises.
04
Liquidity & lock-up risk
When you buy a plan, capital is committed for the full length of that plan. You cannot pull it out early. If you need access to that money before the plan ends, do not commit it.
05
Operational risk
Servers go down. Data feeds glitch. Payment providers have outages. We build for high availability and monitor 24/7, but we cannot promise zero downtime. During outages the model may pause trading rather than take bad fills — that protects you but can also limit gains.
06
Custody & counterparty risk
Client funds are held in segregated accounts with regulated payment and banking partners. Those partners themselves carry counterparty risk — we manage it by choosing established providers, but no financial institution is risk-free.
07
Regulatory risk
Investment products are subject to changing regulation. Rules about who can invest, how funds move across borders, and how AI-driven trading is treated may change. That may affect plan availability or terms for new plans.
08
Tax
Investment gains may be taxable where you live. Tslabase does not provide tax advice. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your returns.
09
Past performance
Historical performance of the model, of TSLA, or of any specific plan does not guarantee future performance. Do not treat any past number on this site as a promise of future returns.
10
Only what you can afford to commit
Only invest funds that you can afford to (a) lose in part and (b) leave committed for the full term of your plan. If either of those isn't true, do not invest.
